Which website builder? I guess it's Wix.

Looking through Wix, Squarespace, Zenfolio, and a few others, I realize they all have a lot of great features, but the biggest thing right now as I'm getting started... is that Wix is free. Photography at the moment is just a hobby for me.

It's strange, but now that I've successfully completed my first paid gig, it makes me question every expense. When photography was only a hobby, I could spend what I wanted, when I wanted and that was just the cost of the hobby. Now that I have to think of it as a business as well, I have to spend wisely if I'm going to reach the the major milestone of breaking even.

Wix has some nice site layouts, and the ability to design the mobile site separately from the main site, and these very words that I'm typing right now are part of a test of the blogging feature.

As part of the free plan, I have to settle with having "wixsite" as part of my website address, but if I can make enough to justify the monthly plan, that will change. Hopefully in the near future.
